Amy Landon – Age 14
“Papa… Tell me again… Why have we moved to Japan?” Amy asked, her teal eyes gazing up at her tall father. Matt grinned and rustled Amy’s hair.
“I’ve told you many times, Amy… I’ve met someone, and we plan on getting married.” He explained, placing a box on the table. It was labeled ‘dishes’. Amy pouted and glanced over at a picture on the kitchen counter. It was of a pae blue haired woman, who was happily holding a younger Amy. Amy frowned.
“Mama…. What about Mama?” She retorted, not looking up. Matt stopped looking through the box and a sad look crossed his face. He sighed.
“Amy… Mama…. It’s time we moved on. I’m sure your mother is fine with this.” He told her, suddenly looking stern. Amy gave him a glare, as a knock sounded on the door. A look of fear struck her face, for she knew there was a woman there. Matt smiled. “How ‘bout you get it… Amy.” He told her, looking apologetic. Amy hopped out of her seat and grumbled as she made her way around the many moving boxes. As her hand wrapped around the door knob, she silently cursed her father and opened the door.
There stood a tall, black haired woman, who seemed to have a little too much make-up on. Amy sighed, and with a fake smile, she greeted her.
“May I help you?” She asked, her Japanese faltering. She and her father had taken a year of Japanese together, so that they would be used to it, but she was still a beginner. The woman’s cold, dark eyes looked down upon Amy, and she smiled.
“Hello… You must be Amy-Chan! I’ve heard much about you! I’m Hikari Onda, your step-mother to be!” she replied, stepping inside. Amy closed the door and sighed.
“Welcome to our home.” She muttered, watching Hikari waltz in and head straight for the kitchen. Amy’s heart shattered as she watched her father and that woman embrace. Tears in her eyes, Amy ran to her room on the second level.

FINALLY
 I got the first chapter typed out.... BUT ignore the spaces where it should show the color of her hair. Once I know from ~fullmetalman what it is, Ill type it in. I jjust wanted to get this out before WORD dies on me. The chapters are going to be short. And each chapter skips ahead either a few hours, day and maybe once a few years. I will let you know of the time skip if they happen. I really like my Amy. I think shes gonna turn out to be a really good character. And Hikari as well. I dont really like Matt right now... For some reason.. I cant get his character right. =_='l| Oh Well. Please tell me wut you think so far! Ill have the second chapter up soon! -- Amy, Matt & Hikari belong to me!
